Doug is responsible for the church planting strategy in L’viv, and he serves as L’viv Team Leader. Masha’s primary role is wife and mother. In addition, she is Director of Children's Ed for the church plant and works with the other women on the team.
Heero is the Pastor of Worship and Care for the church plant. Anya’s primary ministry is with her family. Her language skills and creative talents benefit the team and church in publishing, children's Sunday school and kids camps.
Jon and Olya are in the states wrapping up Jon's ordination process and working on support raising. Jon’s role involves work with university students, young professionals, and leadership training & development. Olya is responsible for team finances and administration.
Clarke and Khrystya are currently in the states pursuing theological education and a counseling degree at Covenant Seminary. They plan to return to Ukraine when their studies are complete.
Kirk and Anna work primarily with university students. Kirk serves as director of Leopolis Molodiy (the university ministry of the church plant). Kirk is also a part of RUF Global and L'viv is a RUF global site.
Bradley manages the team’s publishing house (Kraynebo Publishing), manages special projects, helps with team fundraising and fills various team administration roles for both MTW Ukraine and Team Lviv. The Cordells serve with MTW from Birmingham, AL.
